Smart Girls! Conference is an event dedicated to young girls and ladies interested in finding more about building a successful career in IT.

Encouraging females to pursue an IT career and bridging the gender gap in the IT industry are the main reasons for which IBM, Girls Who Code – Romania and Girls In Tech – Romania have joined their forces and created this event.
